For the first year, Le Monde is launching a student challenge within its European Smart Cities Urban Innovation Awards, in partnership with L’Ecole urbaine de l’université de Lyon.

All students and young graduates can apply now and submit their urban innovation project before February 25th, 2018.

The project should be innovative, inspiring for cities, and ready to develop in Europe.

Teams or individual students can submit their project in any category of the challenge: energy, mobility, culture, citizen engagement, housing or urban innovation (technological, social or circular).

They need to mention in the registration form that they are running the student challenge.

An international jury will reward one student or team during the European Award ceremony in Lyon, on May 17th, 2018.
